Hip Hop Routine: You will learn a couple combinations of a dance routine choreographed by Bethany.

Lifestyle: Sienna

Tricks and Moves: Bethany will demonstrate and explain balance tricks and strength moves that she has learned by studying routines by the Fitness Pros on YouTube. She will explain the basics of building a routine with musice, theme, costuming and choreography.
